Internship – Brand Strategy & Innovation

Our practice areas are aligned in service of creating and activating products and brands into the market, with the following expertise:
Innovation: new product innovation, brand positioning, brand revitalization, product and package design
Strategy: portfolio strategy, product category analysis, quantitative analysis
Insights: full quantitative and qualitative capabilities, including new category exploration, consumer trends, target segmentation, ethnographic research
Design: brand identity, packaging, environmental design, brand expression and experience
Advertising: full-service agency with robust creative, digital, media, and analytics capabilities
We are currently looking for outstanding undergraduate students (junior or above) in the areas of marketing, advertising, design, or communications for a part-time internship position in product innovation/brand experience.
Candidates must be a current student of a college or university.
As a Brand Innovation Intern, you will work across multiple project teams, assisting our marketing specialists with specific client objectives, helping to organize creative work sessions for new product or brand development, and preparing content and creative stimuli for client meetings, events, and consumer research.
Minimum qualifications include excellent organizational and communication skills, strong initiative, and a deep interest in pursuing a career in product innovation, brand positioning advertising, design, or marketing. Creativity, curiosity, and analytical skills are also important. Ideal candidates will have a strong academic background (please list GPA), some internship or office work experience, and demonstrable Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Passion, interest, or skills in the culinary world are also a plus.
Ideal candidates will be able to work 15-20 hours per week in the Fall. The hourly rate for this position will be $13.
