Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Business Development Manager to join our well-funded Start-up. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding in licensing, talent management and content creators. This role is multifaceted and will require the candidate to perform multiple functions and assume various roles.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and presenting marketing and sales material.
- Business Development (licensing) research and outreach
- Secure and negotiate new talent deals
- Manage existing talent and licensee relationships
- Ideate new brand licensing concepts
Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in either PowerPoint (or InDesign) and Microsoft Excel.
- A deep understanding of social media platforms, a keen eye for emerging trends, and the ability to leverage this knowledge.
* Salary will be commensurate with experience.
Brandvocacy is a Brand Management company that acquires, creates and monetizes brands by licensing the intellectual property to best-in-class wholesalers and retailers. Licensing experience or knowledge on this business will be greatly beneficial to the candidate.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
