```Requiernments:```
- All Oregon applicants must be registered with the State of Oregon as either a Registered Associate (or finishing a Master program and on track for state provisional license) or as a Fully Licensed LPC, LMFT or LCSW.
- We can provide on-site, state approved, supervision for LPC and LMFT Registered Associates in Oregon. We are willing to discuss paying for supervision for Pre-Licensed Clinical Social Workers.
```Duties:```
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine clients' mental health needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients based on their specific needs and goals
- Provide individual, family and/or group counseling sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plans
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of mental health therapy
```Skills:```
- Strong knowledge of mental health principles and practices
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to mental health diagnoses and treatments
- Knowledge of DSM-5 for accurate diagnosis documentation
- Expertise in therapy techniques for addressing a wide range of mental health concerns
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction and documentation
- Understanding of child development
