The role of the Home Care Management-Trainee:
You will be trained to understand the ins & outs of the Home Care Industry to be able to make a significant impact in our organization. You will develop your leadership and management skills to help you grow within Home Care Assistance.
Your responsibilities include:
Build positive and collaborative relationships while representing Home Care Assistance with integrity
Go through our hands-on training program and learn the responsibilities of our Staffing Managers and Client Care Managers
Respond to Caregivers, Clients and/or their family member, employees and potential referral sources or prospective clients. This requires a 24/7 presence with a high level of accountability
Perform on site assessments and create a plan to match the client’s needs
Lead orientations, trainings and other company programs/initiatives to enrich the quality of our caregiving staff
Build brand awareness through multiple outlets such as social media, community outreach events and partnering with other health care professionals and organizations
Develop new business by meeting with potential referral sources and networking
Deliver results while working in a highly independent environment
Communicate proactively, manage multiple projects and prioritize daily tasks while managing critical deadlines
Influence decision makers while being compassionate & empathetic

Bachelor's degree required (Healthcare, Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales related degrees preferred)
Must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record and reliable transportation
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong computer skills necessary, Google, Microsoft, and SalesForce a plus!
Must be authorized to work in the United States
