Job Overview
Create, catalog, and update installation manuals for industrial equipment and other technical documents. Work with the engineering department to establish installation steps and develop imagery for the manuals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create manuals for new and existing product lines. Text and imagery.
- Manage and organize the manual library on the server.
- Work closely with sales and engineering to update manuals when equipment or installation techniques are modified.
- Audit existing manuals for accuracy.
Requirements:
- Computer skills. Office 365. Word/Excel. JIRA, Github, HTML, CSS,Snagit, Document360 or similar software.
- Mechanically inclined and ability to understand the function of equipment.
- Instructional documentation experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create and understand diagrams and images.

- Strong leadership abilities.
- Self-motivated.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
