Key responsibilities include human resources leadership, coaching and developing the HR team, employee relations, consulting and process/program management and implementation in areas such as talent reviews, compensation planning, performance management, career development, succession planning, and human resources planning. The Human Resources Director will actively participate in HR transformation initiatives that have been or will be identified, and will provide HR support to the company’s Execute to Win initiatives.

The role is located at the Terex AWP headquarters in Redmond and reports to the AWP VP of Human Resources.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
A minimum of 10 years’ Human Resources experience
A minimum of 3 years' experience managing a team

Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in business, organizational development/HR
Working knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts
Proficient in employee relations, performance and talent management
Knowledgeable of HR systems and tools
Strong computer proficiency, particularly with MS Office
Experience working across a corporate or divisional global organization
Exceptional project management skills
Experience interacting directly with executive leadership
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial company
