Tristone has recently completed construction on a new Manufacturing facility in Mooresville. We are currently searching for a for a Finance Administrative Assistant to support the manufacturing finance team in administrative matters. The ideal candidate for this role will be financially-minded and able to respond quickly to incoming requests.

Responsibilities:
Data entry of all new account information
Utilize Excel spreadsheets to record information for new clients
Process all incoming files into the system
Assemble information for daily bank deposits
Respond to ad hoc requests for data in a timely manner, continuously seeking efficiencies in the way work gets processed, ensuring all information is consistent, and accurate
Schedule, coordinate, and assist with planning efforts for various meetings
Invoicing: sort, code, obtain approvals and track expenses.
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
Monitor and assist in month end closing.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Associate Degree is a plus
2+ years of prior work experience in an financial administrative capacity
Must have strong alpha numeric data entry skills
Proficient Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong preference for experience with formulas and familiarity with complex spreadsheets
Experience in SAP preferred
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
Strong communication ability and attention to detail
