## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Counter Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail sales and Hydraulic products, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
## Duties
- Assist customers in selecting parts and accessories
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash handling procedures
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and offer suitable products
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and conducting regular counts
- Fulfill orders promptly and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking sales and inventory
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a clean and organized store environment
- Fabricate hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies
- Operate Forklift
- Handling very large and heavy Hoses
## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Proficiency in retail sales techniques
- Strong cash handling abilities
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Understanding of retail math principles
- be able to read a tape measure
- Basic math skills
- Familiarity with inventory control and management practices
### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Prior knowledge of order fulfillment processes
