The Pre Sales Engineer is a customer facing role that will be responsible for building a strong trusted relationship with all their technical customers. The SE provides a single technical interface for the sale of our Cyber Risk Platform.
Our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform transforms cyber risk management into a pro-active, collaborative, and real-time discipline. This cyber risk management solution allows enterprises and governments to contextualize internal security intelligence, external threat data feeds, and business criticality to identify imminent cyber risks and prioritize remediation actions.
The person fulfilling this position will have a dynamic and diverse role with responsibilities that include:
Act as a technical touch point between clients and partners
Be a trusted adviser to customers

Communication: speaks to both technical and nontechnical audiences with ease
Provide feedback and reporting to senior management on customer accounts
Provide support to and enable the sales team
Ability to deliver projects on time
Identifying and helping in driving add-on business in existing customers
Engaging in Sales activities, Proof of Concepts, Requests for Proposals, Demos etc
Organize and lead training sessions for customers via web demo

Good ability to design solutions and write technical documents/emails
Problem-solving: understands complex business issues and how to solve them through technology collaboration

5-10 years of customer facing experience in an Sales Engineering position from a Cyber Security or Threat Software Solutions.
Demonstrated knowledge of basic Cyber Security principles
IT or Business Degree a plus
IT or Security certifications are a plus
Hands on experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Lunix operating system
Bachelors - Business or IT Degree preferred
