In business for over 40 years, Sunrise Medical Laboratories is a full service clinical laboratory servicing the Virginia, Maryland, DC and West Virginia communities.
Under the supervision of the Sales Director, the Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business using established sales and marketing techniques to increase market share and generate income for Sunrise Medical Laboratories. They assist in maintaining the current client base and ensure the efficient management of existing and prospective accounts.
Assesses the needs of clients by visiting client accounts and having direct contact through face to face interactions.
Uses accepted sales and marketing processes to maintain customer satisfaction and to develop new business.
Serves as client advocate with Sunrise Medical Laboratories.
Analyzes problems and provides solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Expands territory revenues by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Increases revenue with existing clients through new test offerings.
Consistently meets monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Acts as an effective liaison between our physician clients and Sunrise Medical Laboratories by providing outstanding customer service through on-going visits to existing client base.
Conducts demos of IT products to new and existing clients.
Completes all required reporting, including call reports and prospect lists within requested time frame.
Handles appropriate tasks to support regional market sales efforts which may include sales proposals, pricing, written communications, follow-up detail for client and prospect matters.
Confers with customers and company officials to resolve complaints.
Effectively communicates (verbal and written) with Sunrise Medical Laboratories clients and Sunrise Medical Laboratories staff.
Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner in compliance with all laws, regulations and SML policies.
Assist in executing marketing strategies and objectives
Attends organizational meetings as required
Completes related projects as assigned.

Previous Sales Expierience
Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
