Health Union, LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Media Account Development to drive media sales goals across Health Union’s portfolio of digital properties. The Associate Director will be responsible for conducting sales meetings at agencies, building RFPs, and establishing relationships with key stakeholders at media agencies. The Associate Director will collaborate closely with the Business Development team, Account Services team, and other members of the Media Team to respond to RFPs, communicate with clients, and service primarily media agencies, but also pharmaceutical manufacturers. This position provides unique opportunities for solution-oriented, self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Drive sales to achieve company revenue goals.
Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with media agencies.
Lead agency account development while working closely with Business Development and Client Success teams.
Assist with annual account and sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
Respond to customer RFPs, build media plans, and create decks for client communication and sales.
Build rapport and relationships with internal and external customers through prompt, courteous, efficient, and professional service.
Operate as a strong team player to ensure the Media Sales Team and Company achieve various goals and objectives.
Prepare and submit all pertinent reports accurately and on a timely basis.
Maintain effective communication with accounts and management across the company to ensure operational alignment.
Philadelphia based, travel up to 25%
Other duties as assigned.

Collaboration and ingenuity are required qualities for all Health Union employees. The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Minimum 3+ years of health, media and/or sales experience.
Proven sales performance a plus.
Strong account management and client service background.
Solid understanding of digital advertising.
Existing relationships with manufacturers and/or with media and digital advertising agencies.
Collaborates and works well with others in team setting.
Must be disciplined to handle a variety of tasks.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate at all levels required for the position.
Proven knowledge and experience in Pharmaceutical DTC marketing a plus.
Strong business acumen, analytical skills and focus.
Understanding of SalesForce is a plus.
Proficient knowledge of all MS Office Products.
