To create a menu for a fast paced casual beach area restaurant, with a focus on seafood. Using specials to introduce new items.

The responsibilities are but not limited to; purchasing, food cost, hiring, training and inventory.

The Twin Willows is a family owned restaurant for 34 years.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
