Digital Marketing Project Manager

Hult Marketing (www.hultmarketing.com) is looking for a self-driven, well-rounded digital marketing expert who can exhibit experience with strategizing, developing and executing digital strategies - with the integration of inbound marketing (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo), Google Adwords, social media and all things digital media. This talented digital marketing expert will play lead in two key roles: New Business Development and Project Management for existing clients.

Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Adwords and Inbound Marketing (HubSpot preferred) are a definite plus and will move you to the top of the stack.

We are seeking candidates with an eye to assessing analytics and data to prove a return on our clients' investments.

Description of Roles:

Agency-Focused New Business Development: With the end-goal to promote Hult Marketing, this position will be responsible for managing and maximizing agency-centric inbound marketing activities, thought leadership programs, blogs and other upstream marketing activities to generate awareness of and interest in Hult.

Prospective Client Strategy Development: This individual will also be responsible for creating and executing digital strategy documents/presentations to help our prospective clients understand the path to success, in a manner that will help those who may not yet have a clear understanding of the digital tools available and the measurable success to which those can lead.

Project Management: In a client-facing role, we will also look to this person to manage existing client programs. These initiatives are heavily digitally focused and integrate: inbound, paid search, digital display, Google Analytics, mobile, social media, SEO and CRM. Qualified candidates should exhibit that they have an eye for websites that drive conversions – and, for those sites that don’t, be quick to strategize and visualize what those sites need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the team to create, evolve and implement results-driven digital strategies for both the agency and for prospective clients
  • Uncover market insights that lead to "big brand ideas", implementing them across media and technology platforms (including online, offline, mobile, video, emerging technologies)
  • Assimilate insight data (obtained by primary and secondary research) and prospect/client objectives into an integrated brand and media strategy
  • Collaborate with prospects/clients + partners to generate strategies that utilize innovative, emerging media/technologies
  • Develop and present strategic and tactical recommendations vis-à-vis written and face-to-face proposals for both prospective clients and existing
  • Strategize and execute inbound programs in marketing automation platforms – i.e. HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot
  • Provide ongoing analysis, optimization and recommendations based on campaign performance
  • Manage all aspects of specific client initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • History of success in developing marketing strategy – converting and implementing strategic plans into tactical ones
  • An independent thinker – with a keen ability to integrate recommendations for prospective clients, melded into a written plan that will motivate further discussion
  • Expertise in forecasting and identifying emerging trends in the marketing industry
  • A creative thinker with a customer focus, passion to innovate, take risks and challenge business as usual
  • Strong analytical skills to develop, manage and continuously monitor digital strategy
  • Experience managing and coordinating multiple initiatives across internal teams and client relationships
  • Willingness and ability to do what it takes to see projects through to completion – often under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team player, prioritize, multi-task and work with minimal supervision
