Education, Knowledge and Experience:
7 or more years relevant technical training or equivalent work-related experience
Technical license as required by local jurisdiction and EPA certification required
Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems and components
Maintains tools, supplies and/or equipment for the purpose of ensuring the availability of items and equipment are in safe operating condition
Prepares documentation for written support and conveying information appropriately
Responds to emergency situations to resolve heating/cooling and plumbing issues
Operates heating/air conditioning and refrigeration systems and related equipment
Comprehends technical information and blueprints for quick execution
