Candidate requirements:
- Organized, detail oriented, deadline driven
- Experience with restaurant or light commercial work required
- Ability to perform building layouts and supervise site work
- Ability to understand construction drawings and specifications
- Experience with scheduling of subcontractors and suppliers
- Self-motivated and willing to travel
- Able to identify project impacting critical issues and challenges
- Effective in written and verbal communication skills.
