The Retail Project Manager works directly with the Head of Store Operations and Operations Team on executing on JUUL's retail strategies. The responsibilities include project managing multiple specific retail projects with a focus on GC and millwork/fabrication including creating and managing timelines, coordinating with stake holders, communicating with contractors and vendors, managing retail operation workflow for stores, working with human resources, technology and finance teams and coordinating retail openings. The role ensures the elements comprising the Company's mission and core values are consistently communicated through the retail stores and the store environment reflects these commitments. This position requires consistent execution of all Company processes, initiatives, and programs while maintaining flexibility to respond to future brand and business needs and directives. This position requires implementation of a consistent and engaging brand and on-boarding environment for the Company's consumers. This is accomplished through creating internal partnerships, exceeding expectations in quality, service, and creativity.   • Works directly with Head of Store Operations and Senior Project Manager
  • Works with Senior Project Managers to define scope, objectives, and justification for each project
  • Monitor and report project progress and results to ensure that projects meet expectations and deadlines
  • Assist in preparation of Cap Ex, Op Ex, and budgetary reports
  • Develop and manage multiple project timelines, their resources, and their scope
  • Responsible for the assigned projects across functional groups
  • Partner with Senior Project Managers and Retail Operation teams in project managing all events
  • Partnership between stores, corporate members, construction, and third-party vendors to insure project completion
  • Look for opportunities to combine multiple projects for greater efficiency and identifies conflicts and inconsistencies between multiple projects
  • Ensure projects have clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and expectations
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team
  • Analyze and implement improvements to existing processes and reporting
  • Project scheduling, communications, reporting, and quality control
  • Monitor accountabilities and due dates
  • Maintain open communication with all involved project partners to improve operational needs and minimalize oversight
  • Align with other departments on projects, prevent, and manage associated conflicts
  • Resolve post-implementation matters
  • Perform other various duties in relations to retail operations
  • Minimum 3 years Project Management experience or equivariant
  • Experience with project management techniques, tools and methodologies in the retail industry
  • Exceptional spreadsheet skills
  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory control
  • Knowledge of design, architecture and construction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a retail environment, supporting store operations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work with multiple cross-functional functions and teams
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast paced and demanding environment
  • Exceptional Windows based application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of time
  • Ability to work holidays and weekends and extended hours as required

  • Great interpersonal skills with ability to work with development and operations teams, management, executives as, vendors, officials
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to execute projects within the given timeframes
  • Self-motivated and ability to work under high pressure conditions with limited supervision

  • Project Management experience preferably within retail, familiar with project management techniques, tools and methodologies
  • Ninja level Windows based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
