GLP offers an exciting career opportunity in a dynamic, team-focused work environment for an experienced Project Manager with a minimum 10 years’ experience working on technically oriented commercial architectural projects. We are looking for a focused problem solver with well-rounded experience in all aspects of project design and documentation, and with a pro-active personality that supports being in a project leadership position.
Applicants must have a professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and have experience working on technical building projects.
Applicants must also be familiar with managing projects documented in Revit® and AutoCAD, skills in architectural design and documentation as well as be functional in MS Word and MS Excel.
Laboratory facility project experience, health care (OSHPD) project experience, LEED® Accreditation and a CA Architecture License preferred.
Applicants should have good communication skills, be self-motivated and be able to lead project documentation efforts along with the ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate with clients, engineering consultants, project managers and project principals.
