Candidate Requirements

  • Experience and ability to lead multiple projects from conception through construction administration
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate with clients, consultants, and project team members
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • B.Arch or M.Arch degree from an accredited University
  • Minimum of five years of relevant Architecture experience
  • Knowledge of building codes, systems, and project type standards
  • Strong technical, design/creative problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate leadership and strong communication skills to deliver exceptional projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate with clients, consultants, and project team members

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop overall project goals, including client objectives, design criteria, project budgets, and schedule requirements
  • Develop and oversee complete, accurate, and coordinated project work plans that satisfy project schedule, budget parameters, contractual obligations, and project profitability
  • Direct activities of project team, including design staff and consultants, engaged in preparing construction documents
  • Exercise appropriate knowledge of engineering disciplines to evaluate and coordinate work done by our consultants
  • Assist with quality control activities for all elements of a project
  • Perform all duties in conformance with architectural professional ethics and standards
