SCAD seeks a student success adviser who will serve as a primary contact for undergraduate students in need of assistance as they complete their education program.

In this role, you will assist students in selecting their major course of study, planning classes, and connecting with SCAD resources. You will also answer financial aid and billing questions and help students understand the policies and procedures of the university.

The ideal candidate has excellent organization and written and verbal communication skills. The candidate should also have a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, work independently and as part of a team, and collaborate with multiple departments.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
Experience in advising, financial aid, or counseling in a higher education setting
