Temp - Approx 25-30 hours/week
Phoenix is seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to Assist with the opening of an Additional Office in NYC (Midtown). This position requires an ambitious and innovative professional, meticulously organized and detail oriented. The Admin Assistant handles office phones, light computer work, in charge of ordering and replenishing supplies, clearing up conference rooms and kitchen at end of day, running out and doing errands when required, etc. Making reservations. Helping with travel and logistics. The position is highly visible at a rapidly growing market research company, with potential to lead to other roles.
