\*Ability to deal with conflct resolution
Job description ( a few highlights) :
1) Understanding and maximizing the efficiency of your team of drivers.
2) Knowing the whereabouts of all of your drivers.
3) Following up and keeping all customers informed of the whereabouts of the driver that are waiting for service.
4) Comfortable being on the phone
5) Computer literacy is required
