RVA Restoration is looking for motivated, reliable, personable carpenters in the Richmond area that have a strong work ethic. Carpenter responsibilities include carpentry, light plumbing and electrical, drywall, paint, trim, flooring, tile and cabinet installation and more in residential and commercial settings. Responsibilities:
- Complete carpentry tasks at assigned properties throughout the Richmond area.
- Demolition and framing; hang and case doors and windows; install cabinets
- Install LVP flooring, ceramic tile, trim, baseboard and crown molding
- Detach and reset cabinets and appliances to include washers, dryers, microwaves, dishwashers and ranges
- Light plumbing and electrical work
- Install hardware and perform punch list work as necessary to complete a project
- Work with highly motivated team members to ensure efficient restoration processes
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations when using power tools and throughout restoration activities
