Job Title: Japanese Bilingual Office Admin
Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid Remote, 2d/w onsite)
Work Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
FLSA: Non-Exempt, Direct-Hire, Full-Time
An international trading company is seeking an Office Admin to support over 50 employees alongside a team of six. Reporting to the Manager, the Office Admin will handle a wide range of office support duties to ensure the smooth operation of the company. The ideal candidate must be proficient in both English and Japanese, with intermediate MS Office skills, including Excel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain an organized office environment, including ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
Act as a moderator for internal meetings and events in both Japanese and English.
Organize and maintain company documents, such as contracts, ID cards, reports, and other paperwork.
Handle business insurance and HR-related data using spreadsheets and software.
Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and schedule appointments.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English, including reading and writing.
Experience in office administration and/or human resources.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
