SeamlessDocs empowers governments to go paperless and deliver better online services to citizens and staff. We serve hundreds of partners in the US and our partners look to us to help them budget and plan. This role helps government go digital and digitally transform their business operations through the use of our platform, SeamlessGov.
We are seeking a Senior Events Coordinator to own our events function at SeamlessDocs. This critical function will own our presence and logistics at trade shows, webinars, roadshows, and our annual User Summit.
Book and track deliverables for our sponsorships/exhibits at events.
Work with the executive team and others to craft and produce our annual User Summit from concept creation to execution.
Track budget and ROI for events.
Work with the rest of the marketing team to ensure that all events-related marketing communications are on time and coordinated through proper channels such as email, social and on the website.
Create curated workshops for sales team road shows. This includes travel, logistics, agendas and pre workshop campaigns.
Book travel for attendees as needed.
Research new trade shows, conferences and thought leadership events for us to attend, sponsor or speak.
Coordinating speakers and clients for webinars, roadshows and the User Summit.
Handle hotel logistics for applicable events, and ship materials.
Ideate and execute other types of events to support our brand, demand generation and client engagement.
Run monthly webinars for clients and prospects, including tracking attendees, timely follow up, and coordination with sales.
Support our Partners at events with logistics support and/or collateral.
Other administrative duties as needed.
3-5 years of events experience
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills.
