Sovereign Commercial Services, a premier leader in facility cleaning and project management, is headquartered in Pennsylvania and operates across several states. We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team in Pennsylvania. While our company is located in NEPA, this position can be remote from the following areas.
Texas, Florida, New York.
PLEASE NOTE: We are specifically looking for candidates with current experience in our industry and a solid understanding of plumbing and electrical service vendors.
Responsibilities:
This position involves managing incoming service calls, creating service tickets, overseeing job estimates, and processing purchase orders for various clients of Sovereign Commercial Services. The candidate will also provide support to the leadership team, performing tasks that include general office and site duties.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving and transferring incoming calls, ensuring accurate and prompt information sharing.
- Creating service tickets for customers using multiple systems.
- Managing service ticket requests and maintaining clear, consistent communication for timely service request fulfillment.
- Preparing field service estimates based on ticket requests, following technical service guidelines and standard job estimation practices.
- Maintaining regular attendance and availability during assigned working hours, with possible overtime to meet organizational goals.
- Addressing customer needs, billing issues, or other concerns promptly and professionally.
- Performing additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a related role.
- Experience in preparing written estimates for services is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a courteous and professional speaking manner.
- Ability to handle multiple incoming calls calmly and efficiently.
- Basic business and clerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) at an intermediate to expert level.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a high-energy, rapidly changing environment.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Experience in dispatching or coordinating work in trades (plumbing, electrical, etc.) is preferred.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and other trades is a plus to ensure clear communication.
- Flexibility in scheduling, with the ability to work overtime when required.
- Independent decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness, patience, and urgency when needed.
We offer competitive pay ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, along with benefits including:
