We have multiple general dentist practices in DFW Metroplex seeking to add a highly motivated, upbeat front office team member to our bright and talented staff.
The ideal candidate will have a positive and outgoing personality, exceptional communication skills, and great attention to detail. In addition to providing excellent care to our patients, they will be able to professionally handle the following:
- Patient phone calls
- Appointment Schedule Management
- Greeting Patients and Keeping Information Up to Date
- Patient Treatment Plan Preparation and Discussion
- Computer Skills (Dentrix, Word)
- Insurance Benefit Verification and Filing
Experience in a dental office is necessary for this position, but we’re also looking for candidates with a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
