As a critical member of the Company Growth Team located in Colorado Springs, you will provide leadership on a wide variety of work such as strategies and solutions to deliver space capabilities to warfighters against the threat-driven timeline. The position provides primary support to space situational awareness command and control (space C2) strategy, ground resiliency, and relationship management supporting all facets of Peraton’s space business. The selected candidate is integral to establishing trusted relationships between Peraton personnel and their peers throughout industry and government. Responsibilities

What you’ll do…
Work with a small team of geographically dispersed company experts to develop and execute strategic plans and tactical actions focused on supporting US Military and National space superiority.
Have a major impact on the space and intelligence business operations and investments throughout the company.
Interface with the customer and industry community.
Offer and and support decisions that will have a major impact on Space C2 business operations throughout the company
Develop long-range Space C2 objectives and strategic plans by identifying internal and external strategic issues that could affect growth and profitability
Perform overall Space C2 planning for the Company's activities within lines of responsibility to develop and promote the organization's vision
Support regional Peraton business operational programs as a forward-facing executive supporting all aspects of program management and operations to expand in the region.
Qualifications

You’d be a great fit if…
You have demonstrated mission understanding of Air Force Space Command, Space and Missile Systems Center, Space Superiority Systems Directorate, and Space C2.
You have a detailed understanding of space as a contested environment, including the current challenges and opportunities associated with space superiority, space traffic management, and integrating air, space, and cyber in joint operational domains.
You understand the role of space superiority for both Title 10 and Title 50 missions.
You have matured and stong relationships within the customer’s organizations, The Aerospace Corporation, MITRE, other FFRDC’s, industry, and small businesses that support the space enterprise.
You have an active U.S. security clearance necessary to perform the tasks associated with this position.
