Kenny Kent Chevrolet is seeking a full-time, self-motivated representative to join our dealership’s Internet Sales/Business Development Team!
Generating customer traffic by creating solid sales appointments is the primary goal of this department. This is achieved by completing a high volume of outbound and inbound calls, sending emails and text messages, as well as having a variety of other responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:
· Receive inbound calls, internet leads, and follow up with clients in a prompt, courteous manner
· Communicate with the prospective sales clients until they are ready to set an appointment and visit the dealership
· Obtain customer information and keep accurate database
· Maintain a dealership standard for response time
· Set up sales appointments with customers with the focus that all customers are prospective long-term customers
Requirements:
· Telephone customer service experience is preferred
· Experience with heavy inbound and outbound calls is preferred·
· Excellent telephone manners
· MUST speak CLEARLY and have excellent communication skills
· The ability to instantly build rapport with clients
· Organized, self-disciplined and a quick learner
· Professional appearance with a positive attitude
· Must have a valid driver's license
· Must be able to work Saturdays and evenings up to 8pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
