Project throughput 60%
Documentation & Communication 30%
Special Assignments 10%

Project throughput
Using project management methods, you will be responsible for the ultimate completion of internal team projects
Coordinate project scoping to create clarity among stakeholders regarding objectives, timeline, and deliverables
Coordinate and conduct regular project team meetings to keep project on track and participants in alignment
Organize and follow up on task completion and milestone achievement as necessary
Report project status regularly to stakeholders
Conduct project retrospective surveys
Documentation & Communication
Maintain updated and transparent project information, communicate to outside parties as needed, and produce reference materials.
Maintain updated project information in project management software tools
Communicate relevant project information to outside parties who are not stakeholders or participants as necessary
Develop training documentation when project product will require user training, and coordinate necessary training with employee trainer(s)
Special assignments
Cat-herding, critical path, and communication skills are in high demand across the organization, so a person in this role will be involved at times in special assignments as determined by business needs.

Associates degree
2-3 years of business experience or equivalent education
Must be legally eligible to work in the US
