B&L Automotive Repairs, Inc. is now accepting applications for a full time Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. Automotive/Collision Repair Industry experience is a plus.
Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative is directly involved in all aspects of communicating with the customer during the collision repair process. This position is the image and face of our business when customers first call or enter our facility. We are looking for an enthusiastic, helpful and polite individual to join our team who will do his/her very best to make a bad situation (car needs repair!) the smoothest transition possible.
Required Experience :
- Provide great customer service to customers via telephone and in person
- Extensive phone/email interaction
- Provides customers with vehicle status information
- Responds to customer concerns via phone, in person, or email
- May be involved scheduling rental vehicles for customers
- Answers and directs telephone calls to the appropriate parties
- Provides customer callbacks after the repair process
- Communicates with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Assists estimators and managers as needed.
- Write preliminary repair estimates for customers utilizing CCC One estimating software.
- Performs other administrative duties, as assigned
- Ability to multi-task in a sometimes high-stress, demanding environment
- Maintains assigned workspace in an organized and clean manner
- Maintains a professional appearance at all times
- MUST SPEAK POLISH
- Automotive experience a plus.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience handling in/outbound calls
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- CCC One Estimating Software experience
- Strong organization & ability to multi-task
- Thrive in fast paced environment
- POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND TEAM PLAYER!!!!!
- Strong PC and Internet Skills
- Submit to and successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
