Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly reliable, organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks, customer service, and office management. As an Office Assistant, you will provide support to various departments and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Compile and Enter Data
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
Experience:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant, dental receptionist, or in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
