Who You Are:
The Inside Sales Associate is a high energy, fast learner, with sales and appointment setting experience.
Exceptional verbal communication and phone skills to handle inbound and outbound call load
Demonstrates a willingness to learn multiple online applications
Strong Microsoft Office and Salesforce skills
Excellent business acumen, highly motivated, organized and detail oriented
Ability to analyze data and be a creative problem solver
Dependable with the ability to change tasks at a rapid pace
Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
Working knowledge of traditional and online marketing
Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in a related field such as marketing or communications
3+ Years’ experience working in B2B setting
Google AdWords Certification is a plus
The Inside Sales Specialist will work closely with the Inside Sales Manager to develop best future practices for organizing and identifying strong leads between CRM, marketing automation and monthly reports.
Must be driven to perform by helping the Inside Sales Team meet monthly and yearly sales goals through various performance indicators.
