Overview:
SQULPT is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Telehealth Nurse to join our clinical team. The Telehealth Nurse will provide high-quality patient care through virtual platforms, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective healthcare services from the comfort of their homes. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments via telehealth platforms, including video calls and phone consultations.
- Review patient medical histories and current health concerns to provide appropriate care recommendations.
- Educate patients on their health conditions, treatment plans, medication management, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and follow-up services.
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Monitor and evaluate patients’ progress, adapting care plans as necessary.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide support regarding telehealth technology and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and organizational protocols.
- Stay current with telehealth technology advances and best practices in virtual healthcare delivery.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid nursing license (RN or LPN) in the state of [Insert State].
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; an associate degree may be considered with relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in telehealth, outpatient services, or a similar setting.
- Strong proficiency in using telehealth software and technology.
