Position Description:
Oversee graduate internship programs and designs career development programs for Master's and Ph.D. students. Design and offer programs that help students explore options and be successful in their internship assignment and their career. May be responsible for setting goals, assessing performance and providing feedback, and making pay recommendations for staff and student employees.

Major Responsibilities:
Implement the vision and strategic direction of graduate career development at Georgia Tech by designing programs, developing resources, and advising students and student organizations.
Operate the institution's co-op and internship programs with proficiency.
Evaluate and refine through ongoing analysis of graduate co-op/internship processes and procedures, ensure quality and compliance, and update graduate co-op policies as needed.
Collaborate with leadership and employer relations representatives to establish and maintain relationships with co-op/internship employers and faculty to enhance employment opportunities and work experiences for graduate students and employers.
Oversee efficient data collection, analysis, and reporting on graduate co-op/internship programs and career development programs to measure outcomes.
Assess graduate co-op/internship program work assignments and approve course permits.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:Basic:
Education: Master's degree in business, psychology, counseling, higher education, human resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Work Experience: Four to five years job related experience
Certifications: N/A
Skills: Experience in university career services, experiential education/cooperation education programs, or business development; advanced skills in program management and administration; excellent leadership, organizational, customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills; working knowledge of office-related computer applications.
