Milestone House is seeking a Mental Health worker to provide milieu therapy during our evening shifts (3pm to 10pm or 6pm to 10 pm.) We are especially looking for candidates who can work shifts on the weekend, but this is not required.
Duties include always providing care and supervision to clients, making sure the house schedule is followed, completing various charting duties, setting limits for client behavior, transporting clients in house vehicles to outings and appointments, protecting client confidentiality, and being a positive role model. Candidates must be amenable to cover open shifts as needed. Part time or full time hours available.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a Bachelor's degree by regulation. Candidates without Bachelor's degree cannot be considered. Candidates must have a valid CA driver's license and clean driving record. As a pre-condition of employment must pass a criminal background check, TB test, and drug screening.
