Clerical/Data Entry/Reception Position

We’re seeking an office employee performing clerical and data entry duties for a diagnostic laboratory in North Phoenix.

General day-to-day activities include:

  • Entering data from paperwork into computer entry form
  • Scanning and filing of paperwork
  • Answering light phone traffic and forwarding calls to appropriate parties
  • Maintaining spreadsheets and other electronic files and records
  • Similar clerical tasks as needed

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Clerical experience and basic computer knowledge
  • Familiarity with email management systems
  • Microsoft Excel experience (beginner level or higher)
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy with typing
  • Adherence to important protocols and discretion (this is a HIPAA-compliant environment)
  • Ability to keep up with shifting priorities
  • Can perform tasks with little supervision
  • Organized work process
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry
  • Microsoft Access experience is a plus
  • Must be able to type at least 50 WPM with high level of accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $12.00 to $14.00 /hour
