Our hospice RNs provide care to patients in their private residences, group homes, ALF, and Independent Living facilities throughout the Las Vegas valley, Henderson, and Boulder City. This position allows the RN to make his/her own schedule and carry a caseload of up to 15 patients.
We are a fast-growing company and flexibility, organization, and dependability are crucial to the success of our program. RN-CMs can expect a general work schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (weekend availability is a bonus and schedule can be adjusted accordingly) with an expectation of on-call triage one weekend per month and (currently) one evening per week. As our staff and census grows, on-call duties will become more flexible. Hospice services are available to our patients and families 24/7/365. Mileage and a monthly phone stipend are available.
The company provides PTO for use after 30 consecutive days of employment. Health, dental, vision, and life insurance options for full-time employees after 30 consecutive days of employment; 401k available after 1 year.
REQUIREMENTS:
- COVID-19 vaccination (complete series/booster preferred)
- 2-Step TB
- CPR certification
- Current RN licensure in Nevada (no discipline)
- Valid driver's licence / auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Able to work legally in the US
EXCEPTIONAL:
- Minimum 1 year hospice experience
- Wound certification
- Trach/Ostomy experience
- Bi-lingual (Spanish)
