We are seeking a professional Legal Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator to join our Portland team. This position will provide support to an office of four litigation attorneys. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling and calendaring
  • Preparing documents for court filing and service
  • Entering attorney expenses
  • Drafting corresponded
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Tracking continuing education credits for attorneys
  • Ordering office supplies

Qualified candidates will posses the following:

  • 3-5 years administrative assistant experience, law firm preferred
  • Experience coordinating an office or managing employees
  • Ability to type minimum 70 wpm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications, especially Word and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter
  • Strong communication skills
