Must have a minimum of 5 year experience as an office assistant in the auto industry. Must have skills to used word, excel, and able to navigate estimator system with training. Responsibilities of greeting customers at check in and out, able to make appointments, answer customer questions, and do clerical work that includes filing and day to day paperwork.
