TSM is one of the most successful and most recognizable esports and gaming organizations in North America. We are home to championship esports teams, network educational gaming websites, and home to some of the largest gaming influencers.
The candidate will be a key member of the TSM sales team focusing on selling our digital products in the Northeast territories based in New York City. The Director of Digital Sales will have responsibility for selling and working with our planning team on executing partnerships with fortune 500 clients around TSM’s digital products including our Blitz Platform. This would include video, display and content integration.
What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee all aspects of TSM & Blitz digital sales in the northeast region
Drive the entire sales process from outreach to execution of campaign/partnership
Collaborate with all departments to deliver a solution for partners
The candidate will be a key player in the growth of the TSM digital product revenue based on our expanding portfolio.
Will need to be able to work autonomously and be a self-starter remotely accessing TSM resources
What It Takes To Be Successful
8+ years of experience in digital media sales
Solutions-oriented team player with the ability to work seamlessly across departments
Ability to articulate TSM & Blitz value proposition to agencies and senior-level executives
A broad base of direct client & agency relationships across multiple category verticals
A resourceful and independent operator who can handle managing multiple projects at one time
Skillset to work with management to prioritize client list and potential partners maximizing revenue
Ability to be a creative thought leader with partners acting as a consultant utilizing TSM’s digital platform to achieve marketing objectives
Esports and gaming is a digitally native ecosystem. Candidate needs to have a deep understanding of digital media and content partnerships
Candidate must have a general understanding of esports and gaming along with a willingness to continually grow their knowledge base
A results-oriented consultative seller that has a strong understanding of the competitive environment and can articulate TSM digital products & Blitz platform key selling points to the marketplace.
Candidate has to be able to work in a fast-paced and growing start-up environment
