This position provides an opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing while keeping ENVE on top of all relevant laws and regulations. You will also have the opportunity to manage benefit reconciliation, making certain everything runs smoothly for our employees. As a valued member of our Human Resources team, you will provide essential backup and support, contributing to the smooth operation of our office. Requirements:

Pay $50,000 - $60,000/annually DOE

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Processing biweekly payroll accurately and on time, maintaining employee time records and reconciling discrepancies.

Providing backup and support for the Human Resources department, including but not limited to employee assistance, benefits, compensation, etc.

May assist finance with reconciling payroll to the general ledger, payroll taxes and monthly bank statements.

Continuous improvement process identification and implementation.
Preferred experience:
-
Associate degree in accounting, finance, human resources, or related field

2+ years of professional payroll experience or equivalent combination of education and/or payroll experience.

Proficient with payroll software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel, with ability to learn new applications quickly.
