Full Job Description
Responsible for recruiting, retaining, developing talent for Merit Health. Implement key policies and programs covering employment, associate services, communications, and leadership development. Assist in the execution of key initiatives and aid in the improvement of business KPIs. Consult with leaders regarding team development and personal/professional development of associates.
Participate and provide guidance in the preparation of the performance review forms and development plans. Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business; Masters Degree or MBA preferred. At least 5 years of HR leadership experience. Effective oral, written and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills. Familiarity state and federal regulations.
