Do you have an interest in providing excellent customer service in a concession/food service environment? "There's more to explore" in the Recreation Division as a Zoo Lodge Cashier And Concessionaire. Pay Rate: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour.

Selling and preparing concession items accurately, safely and efficiently.-
Keeping concession areas clean, sanitary and "visitor friendly"

Stocking and rotating concession items as needed; may include gift shop merchandise at satellite concession area.

Attending to all customer needs/problems in a prompt & courteous manner.

Checking messages and work schedule at start of shift.

Opening registers and preparation of assigned area before concessions open to public.

Closing out registers and other devices at the end of the business day and transferring money and appropriate paperwork to supervisor.

Cleaning assigned area at end of business day to established standards.

Assisting in the set-up for rental events as needed.

Working rental events as needed and scheduled.

Following all safety procedures that pertain to the duties performed. Supporting all aspects of the Park District's safety program.

Wearing proper designated uniform.

Performing other duties as assigned.
