Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced with Excel
- Minimum of associate’s degree in business administration, accounting, or relevant field
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- ERP system experience preferred
- Works well in team environment with positive attitude

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform general bookkeeping duties, including posting information to accounting software and regularly reconciling accounts
- Reconcile discrepancies by checking all possible sources of disagreement, reconstructing probable actions, and recognizing the effect on other accounts; prepare correction documents as required
- Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
- Perform Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Process company payroll
- E-file and pay sales tax
- Provide administrative support to management
- Other duties as needed
