Full Job Description
Improve the mission areas of a DoD client's source operations quantitatively and qualitatively through support to existing operational activities, future needs and capabilities, and developmental activities. Leverage expertise in geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) access, products, imagery, and dissemination strategies across client architectures. Apply dissemination and access controls rules in accordance with DoD policy guidance. Review customer needs and support additions or modifications to existing data dissemination or access profiles for client tools and services and provide virtual and onsite support to imagery operations and integration activities across client processes, including Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) workflows. Administer Intelligence, Defense, and Civil data access and dissemination architectures, policies, and supporting processes to support the client, track system changes and problems impacting those systems and users, and provide troubleshooting support to the client at the user and tool levels in attempts to restore imagery access. Assist the client by analyzing the development and coordination of complex access, throughput, or dissemination strategies. Work under minimal supervision, leverage professional judgment in decision making, and communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.
3 years of experience with GEOINT TCPED processes as a source throughput analyst (STA), source strategies analyst (SSA), or collection manager
Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS), FishTools, and PRISM
Knowledge of enterprise services dissemination processes and supporting architectures
Knowledge of national, commercial, and airborne GEOINT sensors and capabilities
Ability to work independently or as part of a team to enable GEOINT throughput
Ability to liaise with partners across the intelligence community (IC) and DoD to innovate and enable intelligence integration
Ability to discover, collaborate on, and integrate new technologies into GEOINT TCPED
HS diploma or GED
Experience as an imagery or geospatial analyst
Experience with GIS tools and capabilities
Experience with GIMS Advanced Search and Net-centric GEOINT Discovery Services (NGDS)
Ability to facilitate interagency collaboration
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
BA or BS degree preferred; MA or MS degree a plus
