We are an award-winning eLearning company that develops blended learning solutions for a largely US-based market of Fortune 500 companies. We’re currently looking to add to our client-facing learning consultant/training design team for our largest client in Bentonville, Arkansas.

We’re looking for someone who can discuss learning design at a strategic level, in support of winning and delivering large business-critical initiatives. In addition to solid experience in the design and delivery of training, we are looking for business acumen and the skills and desire to represent Interactive Services in meetings, through design workshops, and in the creation of proposals, analyses, and curriculum/course design.

You would be working with our onsite team in Bentonville, Arkansas. In addition, one of the great benefits of working with Interactive Services is that we have a very solid (yet very approachable) team of Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, Programmers, and other core training design and delivery roles who will support your onsite activity when required.

Key Responsibilities:
May require some onsite presence with a major US retailer in Bentonville, Arkansas.
Understand and communicate our client’s vision and strategy.
Recommend appropriate instructional method(s) based on content analysis and proposal.
Rapid response to new initiatives/ad hoc requests.
Translate requests and changes in direction into actionable tasks for the development team.
Work closely with Project Managers to manage and exceed customer expectations.
Recognize and address impacts of change (internally and to client).
Help develop team competencies for next generation of business model.
Interface between client and US and Europe-based development teams.
Design input on large blended learning initiatives.
Creation and maintenance of positive working relations.
