Reporting directly to Lead, HR Solutions, the Specialist, HR Solutions member will provide excellent customer
service to all Tier1 HRSC incoming inquiries. The high-level focus of this role is to create a warm and engaging
employee experience by delivering extraordinary customer service and prompt acknowledgement/response of all
received inquiries.

critical services and operational support to all team members across the entire US, ultimately allowing business
results to advance as our teams across all functions support our customers. This role leverages expertise in one
or more HR disciplines which include but not limited to payroll, benefits, HR operations, and talent acquisition.
Expertise in these disciplines will help address, resolve, and analyze HR cases while simultaneously
recommending creative solutions and proactive adjustments to mitigate recurrences.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-

Receive and respond with expertise to HRSC tickets, incoming calls, and messaging escalations. Will provide warm transfers from across our network of departments and will provide all US employees and leaders with prompt, accurate, and professional replies while managing dynamic work duties as assigned.

Leads with customer service in mind and displays empathy, sensitivity, and diplomacy while delivering effective/efficient and prompt response methods.

Analyzes and troubleshoots wide variety of incoming incidents across an array of systems and processes to help address root causes and record/document for internal HR to review.

Increases personal knowledge of HR policies, procedures, practices, updates the HRSC knowledge data base as needed - Edits, updates, and records changes in real time amidst an evolving work climate to ensure data is always up to date.

Responsible for a variety of HR admin and program tasks including but not limited to HCM transactions, compensation reviews and changes, payroll approval/audit/completion, onboarding and offboarding cases, I-9 review and or completion, etc.

Exercises excellent communication and written skills to track the high volume of incoming inquiries, handoffs via email and tickets, and ultimately ensuring every received inquiry receives a resolution. About.Skechers.com | #skecherscareers

Ensure HIPAA compliance by safeguarding and protecting confidential information that is retrieved via customer service engagement and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of customer’s care and data management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-

Minimum of three (2) years’ experience in customer service HR o Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent, but experience and/or other training/ certification may be substituted for education
