Converze Media Group, located in sunny Orange County, is looking for a full-time entry level media assistant. This position requires the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, strong communication skills with both the Radio + TV departments as well as internal team members, and to work well in a fast paced team environment. We are looking for someone with high energy, takes initiative, a hard worker, and wanting to grow with the company. This position requires critical and forward thinking, strong data management skills, and to be able to help with both the company and client's needs and objectives. This is a high volume data entry position but does not require previous experience. We are looking to hire someone located in southern California. This job is fully remote, but we will have to have in-person company meetings and events.
Job Responsibilities
Formulating, calculating, and posting/inputting data for client(s) on a weekly level to tangibly produce client analytics and help form analysis from the weekly data
Reconcile post data on a weekly level and produce invoices
Helps buyer/account manager optimize buys based upon the posting data
Handles daily and weekly clearance to ensure the buyer/account manager is hitting target budget
Send out weekly traffic instructions for all stations
Education
