The FIU Online Web Based COurses department is currently recruiting a Temporary International Lead Online Enrollment Associate to join their team of professionals.
The International Lead Online Enrollment Associate is responsible for assisting and supporting the FIU Online Enrollment and Recruitment Team by providing quality and efficient customer service educating prospective international student leads and/or their parents on FIU Online fully-online programs.
Duty 1: Assists the Enrollment and Recruitment Team with pro-actively and assertively contacting prospective international students through a variety of communication channels while cultivating and enhancing enrollment interest through the point of initial inquiry to submission of application.
Duty 2: Assists the Enrollment and Recruitment Team with communicating orientation and registration activities and all-important dates to prospective and new students.
Duty 3: Assists students through the admissions process.
Duty 4: Partners with Online Enrollment Coordinators to generate prospective student lead-to-enrollment conversion.
Duty 5: Participates in recruiting events and promotional activities.
Duty 6: Responsible for suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency and service to both staff and prospective students.
Experience working with students in an educational setting.
Experience in a sales environment.
Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.Ability to correct and edit text in Spanish on a computer. Excellent
Data Entry Skills – At least 35+ WPM.
Basic knowledge of Internet software, What’sApp, and other cross-platform messaging and Voice over IP service.
Must possess basic computer skills including knowledge of MS Windows, Excel, etc.
Must be able to pass entry level Spanish dictation assessment.
Must have knowledge of Spanish language structure and content, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Ability to convey technical information in Spanish to technical and non-technical users.
Ability to hear and speak clearly in order to effectively dictate.Position requires the ability to interface with people in a positive manner.
Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 9:00PM
