Confirm BioSciences/ is a provider of drug and health testing products and services with excellent customer service. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will have responsibilities in the following areas; Answering/Transferring Calls, Scheduling, Purchasing, and Event Planning. Under the general supervision of the Sr. Human Resources Manager, the individual will provide support for all front office needs.

Key Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls; takes messages, directs the caller to the proper department or person and/or provides information
  • Familiar with our products and services
  • General office up keeping
  • Orders office supplies and equipment as needed
  • Assist with organization and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail/packages
  • Coordinate travel plan arrangements including; plane tickets, hotels, event registrations, etc.
  • Company Event Coordination (Monthly Potluck, Weekly Hosted Lunches, etc.)
  • Maintain office calendar
  • Conference room preparation for company wide meeting


  • Requires a minimum of 1 year experience in a front office role
  • High School Diploma required, pursuing college degree preferred
  • Highly motivated and positive attitude
  • Must possess excellent follow through and follow up skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and personal information
  • Listening skills and patience to work with all types of employees
  • Must respect and maintain the Company’s core values; Passion/Trust/Teamwork

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $11.50 to $13.00 /hour
